Four hours with Giacomo, Chef & Sommelier, at his organic family farm just outside Montepulciano Old Town. A fully hands-on class: you make Pici, Tagliatelle, and the famous Tiramisù of Le Caggiole — everything by hand at your own workstation, guided step by step.
You'll sit down to a complete tasting with wine pairing: a Tuscan appetizer by Giacomo, the two pastas you've made. At the end, your own Tiramisù on the terrace.
Max 8 guests. All levels welcome. English and Italian.
